Your pretty much softmaxxed from what i can tell.
Your maxilla is recessed, so i think only thing that can save you is a Lefort surgery or any other osteotomic surgery.
But i really doubt you get it.

Thank you. I’ve been on a jaw surgery list for years now (overbite) I didn’t know my maxilla was recessed. I’ll see what I can do but thanks either way
