Perfect candidate for jaw-angle implants considering his side profile already shows good dentofacial development, wouldn't benefit from actual jaw surgery.

Hard to tell from these pictures even, but I'm fairly confident the main problem with your facial harmony is narrow gonions compared to your cheekbones.

Consider jaw angle implants for the future, HTN potential due to pheno and eye area.
