I clicked on the picture, made sure that it wasn't just my contacts being fucked up and I slumped in my chair, buried my face in my hands and prayed.

God I hope you're tall, you've a rough life ahead of you.

HERES A LIST FROM MOST IMPORTANT TO STILL IMPORTANT:

-Be happy, you look like youre abused, go get some friends and go swimming, go play some sports for fun, go do fun stuff basically (Hopepill) You could also go to your religious buildning like church or mosce to find more peace and make your mind less clouted. But going to quiet forest without music works too. (meditate/pray)
-Sleep more and your skin might improve. This should also help out in debloating and getting a less saggy face.
-Eat harder and chewier food like unprocessed (but not raw) meat. And eat mostly meat in general along with some veggies.
-Excersize. Gym wont be enough go jogging too and do calesthenics at home.
-NO CARBS: you need to debloat.

This alone should ascend you to mtn and then you can start slaying (since I hear youre tall) 😎

im already doing a sport (boxing)and I’ll try to find a good place to find peace

-litrerally just put on l'amour toujours, DOTA or any smash mouth song and vibe. You could also do the things I said: Go to church/forest and pray/meditate.

Quick question about the carbs are carbs from fruits like oranges, apples, and pineapples good?
