I’ve been using Methylphenidate and also get hungry as fuck but I’ve been controlling my diet since the start and kept it normal just track what u eat for a day and put everything in a app also the little snacks u eat through the day and just stop eating them snacks and only eat breakfast lunch and dinner and make sure u move after eatingi got on adderall and im not eating like a glutton anymore.

But i am just constantly dirty bulking now I’m around 70KG and 196cm so I need to bulk more o get barely more fat in face areas but my body fat percentage isn’t as low as it can get because usually I eat around 1.500 cal in snacks every day so my body just getting a lot of fat percentage but it works for gaining weight and that’s what i need but if I have to I can eat only lunch and dinner or only dinner but that’s not healthy for me right now
