i still have some time to grow up (more); im currently 183cm tall, (6 foot I think), but i weight around 86kg, (190lbs I think), with around 20% BF (at least what chat gpt told me). also in an agressive cut, a calorie deficit of around 1200 calories, and im going to the gym 5x a week, maybe i can ascend? or at least be more appealing?
