ltn hair looks fine, you can fix about almost everything else, zygos, uue, etc

hltn, if you debloated you could maybe get to mmtn, with a visible jawline and cheekbones

high ltn. Not even the worst facial features, but your skull is just kind of underdeveloped. Narrow and not alot of bonemass overall.
