Low / borderline mmtn, good eyes thicj brows, lower third needs alot of work, mandibles could be more prominent, as well as ur chin which could initially ascend u to borderline htn even, train your neck as well

Its pretty hard but try using these anti bacterial agents like retinol, benzyol peroxide and if either of them dont work tretinoin

Dude for either of those you’ve gotta be really cautious, don’t apply it to your raw skin after using a cleanser, apply it after your moisturizer to create a layer or else benzyol or even tretinoin which us basically stronger than either of those will penetrate your skin and cause like you said dryness and irritation
