Probably about a 6 PSL so roughly hmtn-lhtn. Mandible is short, chin to philtrum ratio off, same with mouth to nose width. Then obviously the facial thirds a bit off. I would get a fringe to cover upper third. Next most important would be lashes especially bottom ones, start a multi peptide, topical of oral minox just careful of under eye fat loss. Maybe hair a shade or two darker but that’s really just preference. Could also do with some neck training. Good luck
