try to add product, to make the "straight as hell hair structure, which drops super flat" to become a bit more volume and wavy looking.
Hide the weak lower third, as soon as you can, with facial hair when you have enough facial hair growth

I tried texture powder but it doesn't make a diffrence on my hair, i was thinking on doing a perm but my hair is already super thin as you said and I think the perm is gonna destroy it even more

i dunno exactly. one need to experiment a bit.
I assume using the blowdryer, and product will be needed. Maybe stuff like this.
