17yo 5’9 and starting to notice effects with intaking more potassium and drinking more water to help lower water retention, I normally hardly drink any so my body stores whatever I do end up drinking, there are still days where my face is bloated because I caved and ate chips but just wanted to see what yall thought so far about my eating and if I’ve improved. Consider my previous posts for comparison
