2 months into eating healthy and working out but for the last 3 days I have pigged out on takeaways but it's only because I didnt really have a takeaway that much last year so I thought fuck it let's have bit of this shit went fried chicken 4 pieces and 12 wings next day 2 waffles kinder and ferro Roche, with biscoff ice cream and bannana cookie dough and areo oreo milkshake then today I got 2 waffle bananas and kinder ferro Roche milkshake
And now it's all done I'm not craving any of that shit now I just wanted to get it over with I'm normally 220 but even though I ate all that I was back to 220 I did have 3 big sloppy shits on each day though but yea during today and tomorrow lite water fast just to declog my system
