I had a buccal fat removal 45 days ago, but my face looks exactly the same, the surgeon told me that it takes 3 months to see a difference, is that true? Have anyone here had the same procedure?

Surgeon probably didnt remove all of ur fat or u just didnt have any buccal fat at all and you got scammed. Get an ultrasound of your cheeks to see if you still have fat there. Results should be visible in the same day of the buccal fat removal. Then the day after it gets swollen then after 10 days it looks good. waiting 3 months is complete cope. if you havent gotten results in 10 days you aint getting any.
Grow out you hair. It looks ridiculous and disgusting. You need fringe or curtains. Dye your eyebrows dark brown and use minox. Grow a beard to hide that long philtrum and give more sex appeal
