i wanna know what rating people on org give me, bc i feel like irl im a htn but objectively mtn, sometimes i feel comfortable with my own face but next day i want to do like 10 surgeries, im showing how i look rn, i only did buccal fat removal but i was retarded and i said to the surgeon to not remove them all bc i wanted to looks "natural" im gonna do another Buccal fat removal and a nose job in august, any opinions? im not an incel anymore, i still pull girls, i even have a gilfriend but i feel like i still need to ascend to be truly truly loved even when my girlfriend says she loves me i still believe that after ascending more the love will be stronger

your not htn mate, mmtn at best, weak eyes, weak bones. good skin and brows. severely need a new haircut. loose weight for more definition in your face, not fat removals.

From my experience in relationships once you've got past the initial stage, looks matter much less than the emotional aspect of the relationship. Like as long as your gf was satisfied with your looks from the start and didn't feel like she was settling, then I don't think any minor ascension is gonna do shit for her love for you. Imo you don't need to do any more buccal removal, I'd say you're hmtn and probably your nose and face shape are nerfing you most.
