Your nose is good, side profile is solid, but your face from the front is too circular, yes i know you have mentioned it being "fat".
Try changing your hairstyle, get rid of that 1a hair.

As for your frontal face, I'm not sure if there's anything you could do, surgery would be the first thing to come to my mind, but if you're looking for non-surgical options (probably) I'd suggest working on your jaw muscles and debloating, hitting the gym to lose as much fat as possible, though I don't think this would make the drastic difference considering your fat pads are as bad as they look.
