If you're on this site you already know what you should know to ''improve'' but debloating and the usual tips won't change your face the way you wish for, if you want an honest suggestion with no false hopes are surgeries. I've been doing everything naturally possible to change my appearance too, that didn't change my asymmetries. Fix it to the bone.

Just live a conventional life with good health. Hope your sleeping boosts HGH to the max. Once you're fully formed tho, if you believe you've not achieved what you wanted, don't be afraid of some scars

If you normally sleep 11 hours that's not ideal, HGH release happens after 7-9 hours, at that point you've already gotten most of your HGH. Focus on sleep quality and timing, with a precise schedule. Avoid screens and blue lights 1 hour before aswell. Occasional long sleeps are fine don't get me wrong

8 hours is ideal, try to keep your sleep timing the same everyday, your body gets better sleeping quality with only 1 schedule. I don't wanna nerd out too much on the topic but 18 degrees room is also good
