you could benefit from fat grafts around the eyes, a rhinoplasty, lowering body fat percentage, fuller lips, darker/denser eyebrows, and jaw fillers/implants

1)Eye area ( Upper Eyelid Exposure and Sparse Eyebrows)
2)Nose ( Nose is slightly big (could be because of lens distortion) and nose to lip ratio isn't good)

Fix these before you do anything else.

Good eyes, you have potential just fix your hair and nose and get rid of acne and you can be a low tier Chad. 6 PSL, with looksmaxxing you can become an 8.
