upper lip has bad definition : maybe it's because of teeth, narrow palate I really can't know.
But maybe an upper lip very slight reduction could help give it some defition idk.
Hairline bit too roundish, make it squarer
Face overall lacks definition, try maybe losing fat. Find a way to make your jaw bones more cut
Eyebrow max to make them more black, full and also horizontally longer
Nose is too thick, get a rhinoplasty if you can
Fix acne scars
