probably will help, it did for me and i didn't start til 21. no harm in trying at least

also 17% is pretty high, if you can manage it i'd try and get down to 10-11%, then your bone structure will show and you'll really be able to see what ur working with

everyone stores fat differently and if ur unlucky like me, your face is just about the last place where you lean out

No way u 17%. Either the instrument gave incorrect result or u have a very unlucky fat distribution for ur face. Plus u look mouthbreather asf, ur face is not ugly, is just extremely beta, underdeveloped. Btw u are young, so it's not over. Try to get leaner, hopefully, in the meanwhile, the puberty will do its magic.
