Well, maybe it's not that bad then. You're mainly failed by wide nose/narrow mouth, thin neck, plus your eyes are too tall vertically. Also negative hooding above your eyes creates an illusion of downturned eye corners, it gives you that sad look together with the mouth shape. You'd be truecel in the west, but probably below average wherever you live.

OP fix your skin first , get a chemical peel and physical exfoliator/mitts, sunscreen , use the peel once every 2 week use the mitts daily and sunscreen daily , shave off your shit facial hair aswell ,if you can't grow a full beard don't keep it fugly
