Your eyes are very rounded, around 2:1 width-height, whereas 3:1 are ideal and 2.6 average. That gives you a harmless "nice guy" look despite your good brows: your biggest flaw, imo. Your eyes are rather wide-set as well.

Your jaw has potential, but looks rounded and lacks definition, maybe you're bloated? Nose tip looks bulky and your mouth thin in relation to it. That indecisive facial hair isn't doing you many favours.
