Mon, Wed, Fri - ohp, incline bench - both 4 x 8-12
Tue, Thu, Sat - lat pulldown, t bar rows - both 4x 8-12
Sun - squats deadlifts
Most days I train 2x a day doing kickboxing in the evening (so cardio, legs, neck and abs are basically covered by it). Dont train arms seperatly cuz they should be covered by other excerscices?
I like to stay in the Gym for less than an hour, so can add one more excerscise to each day. Any suggestions?
