If you have functional problems which are seriously impacting your health. Then I think they will try to help for sure.

But if you tell them that you plan to cut your face in 5 pieces just to have the chance to get some. Then you won't get the money, and rightfully so.

Try to be mature about it. + As mentioned above, you will need more than 12k. But first of all, get a second opinion about getting surgery.

I personally think it would be better if do research first, and while you do research you try to get the funds independently. There is no need to rush

Not in my country. As a college kid without a stable job you are treated as a non citizen and have no way of getting loans from banks or financial institutions.

This is one of my plans ,but I will be getting a part time job as well to prepare for the worst. I picked 12k because I already have a 5k euro saved (planning Ramieri).I basically have no choice as I am in a financial stranded as I have no way of getting a loan or anything similar.
