And just measure it yourself.

Zygomatic breadth (cheekbone to cheekbone width) / Bottom of upper-lip to mid brow.

Mine is 1.81-1.875 doing this method (zygomatic breadth is 14.5-15cms whilst my bottom upper-lip to mid brow is 8cms), and 1.8+ is ideal (some think that 2+ is ideal, but it looks too primitive. So I'd say that 1.85-1.95 is actually the ideal).

Ask @Sergio-OMS since he does both MSE and MSDO. And the skull implant with Eppley may be a little risky and expensive.

Don't dream too much about it though, it's genetics man, it's not because i got it at 19 that you'll have it too friend.

And there are a lot of guides here that'll help you improve your looks, be sure to read a lot of them, and then you'll know your flaws and your strenghts

Spend a week learning about nutrition, gym, and your different muscles, then pratice what you've learnt. You've got PLENTY of informations on the internet now, if you want to improve and become gl, you must put some effort into it
