20mg every day tren so 140mg a week of ace

25 mg daily ment

600 test/week with Aromasin 25mg every other day Cabergoline 1 mg per week 0.5 mg taken twice a week

HGH 4 iu 2x a day with IGF 1 LR 3 100mcg pre workout with 15G L citrulline and 10mg Cialis.

10 mg of YK-11

Humalog (Lispro) 4–6 units Post-Workout. consume 10-15g of fast carbs per unit of insulin to avoid hypoglycemia. So 6 IU with 80G carb.

50 mg Anadrol daily (for the last 4 weeks of the blast).

Eating 6500 calories a day of unprocessed meat, fruit, vegetables, rice, seafood, sourdough, butter, etc. nothing bad. Extremely nutrient dense including organ meats liek liver, beef heart, etc. added on 5g of creatine (i already get 8g through deit so total of up to 13g a day) with 4L water daily

Working out 5x a week, day 1 Push day 2 pull day 3 legs day 4 rest day 5 upper day 6 lower day 7 rest. repeat.

Just cuz ur running powerful shit doesn’t mean you can pull of 6500 calories gang along with the insulin you will get fat quick, 200-500 calorie surplus rule still applies to enhanced people
 
Add 1mg reta a week spread out to micro daily doses for insulin sensitivity, the cycle will make you resistant so it's a need.

Make sure the yk-11 is injectable or it's kinda useless and toxic, run it halfway through your cycle (around like 12-15 weeks) when myostatin starts to creep up so you have better ROI.

IGF1 LR3 is cope.

Have periods of fat oxidation cycles through out the day, literally only eat a shitload of carbs pre workout like 2 hours before, intra workout (with the insulin), and then immediately post workout. Keep all other meals low carb or none at all. Stay fasted for 4 total hours when you wake up. This helps keeps you sensitive and actually utilise carbs optimally, you could actually eat more calories on this and not gain fat at all.

Anadrol mogs.

1mg of caber a week would decimate your life brother. It is usually 0.25mg taken twice through out the week for a prolactin reset. Take p5p in this case like 100mg to keep prolactin low, then use caber anytime you feel prolactin sides, then just keep doing this.

Show me the ancillaries you are using.

25mg aromasin EOD will fucking kill you, run 12,5mg EOD at most, and slowly taper to like every 3rd day.

alr, why would igf 1 lr3 be cope tho. yeah i did lower the aromasin it was defintiely too much adn so was the caber i was planning on

Half life is shit and it doesnt have liver binding proteins IGF1 has so it can’t even exert its effects
