I’m a newcel or whatever you guys call it. I started a 4 months ago by pacing slow (cutting processed foods, 15k steps) to not burnout on progressive overload.
Also had plenty of healthy relationships to realize the bar isn’t as high as you people say, I want to fix what I simply can, and not worry about the things I can’t.
Simply want to “softmaxx” and get healthy to improve my overall quality of life.
This is my daily checklist for 2026, tell me if I need to makes some changes:
- 7am Wake-up time.
- Cook Lean Breakfast + Zinc/Collagen/Probiotic Supplements
- Jog / Speedwalk right after breakfast for 30-Minutes
- Lifting / HIIT for 30-Minutes
I work full-time, so the rest of the day would be dedicated to my job
When I get home, eat dinner, 15-minute yoga session for mindfulness and body control.
Nighttime Skincare Routine:
- Micro-needling Pen
- Retinol
- Castor Oil for eyebrows
- Gua-Sha
- Chin and Posture exercises.
- In bed by 10pm.
Is there anything important I should add to my routine? Do not recommend me surgery or any dangerous hormonal therapy that can impose serious health risks.
