Мonday, Wednesday, Friday:
Bench Press: 2x8-10
Cable low fly: 2x10-12
Bar lateral pulldown: 2x8-11
Level lying t-bar Row: 2x8-12
Bar Bicep Cable Curls: 2x8-12
Hammer curl: 1x12
Lateral raise: 3x12-16
Overhead cable triceps extension: 2-3x10-14
Level leg extension: 1x 10-15
Level lying leg curl: 1x10-13
Calf rise: 3x14-16

Im new at the gym(5 month)
 
Incorporate reverse curls for forearms, neck training and +1 tricep exercise on top of the overhead tricep extension.

Extremely important if you wanna thugmaxx. :ogre:
