Followed this Arnold's split 6 days a week:
Utilized supersets for maximal pump and efficiency, '/' means and
1st day (chest, back, abs, obliques) DB Flyes & Squeeze/Pull Ups, Incline Press/Underhand DB Bench Row, Flat Bench/Reverse Crunch High-2-Low Woodchoppers/Situps

2nd (shoulders, serratus, triceps, biceps) Incline DB Kickbacks/Lat Raise, ClosegripBench/Standing OHP, Wide Grip Barbell Curl (Pinky higher than thumb, squeeze at top)/Serratus Anterior Crunch or Serratus Jabs, Concentration Curls/Hammer Curls (Flex with shoulder),

3rd (legs, abs, obliques, traps, rear delt, forearms, neck) Squats/ Reverse Crunch, Cable Crunch/Sideplanks, 35IncRows/Pronated, Supinated/Lateral Neck, Forward Neck/Back Neck
