Anyone here with MMA background/also gymceling can rate my made up 8 week special SARMs program? I dont wanna go to those reddit cuckers.
I'll be taking 10mg rad with 25mg mk 677 for 8 weeks.
Volume is too low for sarms ?


Monday
Pushups 90 degree
Squats
Chin ups
Reverse Flies / Calf press
Front&Back Neck Bridge
Forearm Grip
Med-Ball Toe Touch
Med-Ball Triangle Crunch
Med-Ball Explosive Sit-up

Tuesday
Close grip bench
Deadlift
Single Arm Dumbell Rows
Glute ham raise machine
Band pull aparts 1x100 reps
Hanging leg raise
Neck flexion/extension
Deadman hangs


Wednesday
Pushups 3xtill failure
Weigthed dips
Pull ups
One leg stiff leg deadlift
calf raises / One Leg Step-up

Front Squat
Barbell RDL
Overhead Press

Decline Sit-Ups
Neck Harness front walking

Sunday (rest day)
Improving skills like armstand, backflip, calisthenics i cant do

&
Also doing sprints 3x week and run 8 miles in non sprinting day and everyday mma training at gym 3 hours


Volume is too low for roids ?
I dont wanna isolate bicep since punchs gonna get way slow wanna get that sweet punch power & speed

yeah do all this but don't bother with the SARMS as they are mostly wank. MK677 is great if you wanna feel really hungry all the time and gain about 10lbs of water bloat but not much more than that

I'll be eating 340g protein also
un neccesarilly high amount of protein, I really doubt you'll gain anything like that, also remember just because your 10lbs heavier doesn't mean you gained 10lbs of muscle. Sarms still shut down your natty test production, if you're going down that route atleaast make it worthwhile and use something worth your time

I dont wanna use real gear cause im 19 yrs old and i heard bad things about natural test permanently screwed.

10mg rad is low dosage,if you are complete beginner in sarms rather start with moderate dosages of Ostarine
+ if you want to compete in some important events they will probably do a drug test on you,so good luck with that

They barley even supress you
+ his dosages are super low so he probably wont get any serious supression
But if he is scared of that,he can always run a PCT after that to get back to his natural testosterone level

I have never ever seen anyone achieve anything with SARMS that could not have been done naturally. If you're gonna start fucking with hormones at least make the risks worthwhile

1. That workout worth on roids? What i should add more
2. On rad and mk at 19 how much i will be fucking my hormones ? Should i do pct or no
