I've been pretty skinny all my life but I ate a ton during puberty, never really actually gained any noticeable weight though

Same here dude same here. 6'2'', 18'' biacromial, 7.25x5.5, I literally look like Opry did as a kid. My ramus is long just downward grown. Looking at my profile I'm starting to think I'm irredeemable, I hope bimax can solve most my issues but it's obvious that I look like crap.

Pretty sure my mouth breathing and the effects of that on my face is mainly the reason why I lost my hairline in my late teens from tension etc. Pretty sure my mouth breathing has probably cause sleep apnea which has caused adhd like symptoms in me since teenage years at least. I will get this checked asap.

I've personally just about given up. But your profile looks way better than mine. So great on you tbh.

The thing is I can't even get jaw surgery because my bite is near perfect even though my mandible is obviously downward grown. So I'm stuck coping with either fillers or genio cuz I don't have the money or will for implants.

My bite is also near perfect. You just need to get bimax cause they'll move both the upper and lower jaw. I haven't researched that deep into it tho.
