No way in hell that is a good enough picture to give an detailed answer. The chin area looks quite improved, but the nose does not seem worth it from that one comparison pic, to be honest.

the nose was subtle but look at the nose on the right, looks gargoylesque whereas the one on the left is a lot more better shaped. Although the size remained mostly the same.
