of course king. here’s the best condensed timeline i can give ya cus it was a process, Sorry for the read time.
first pic is april 2022. Last pics are all summer 2025. Didnt get bp’d till about 4 months ago.
Acne: had hella acne till jan 2024, then i started accutane. Ran that till aug 2024 and it fully saved me. no more acne.
Physique: started lifting jun 2022. super inconsistent and not locked in on the gym from jun 2022 to jan 2025. By jan 2025 i wasnt obese anymore like 1st pic due to gradual weight loss + very minimal muscle gain, but i had a dogshit physique with minimal muscle after 2.5 yrs lifting. starting jan 2025, i locked tf in and started making a shit ton of progress. starting jun 2025 i began a 7 week cycle of cjc-1295 no dac + ipamorelin. I can give u a whole thread on my experience w this but it helped a lot w my physique and dimo. Now have abs, 165-170 lean around 15% bf.
Dimo: around the time i got bp’d, apr 2025, i began to bonesmash my zygos. Ive only wver bonesmashed my zygos but i personally saw some results w it. I continued doing it while on the gh peptides and i saw some very small, good changes and improvement in my lateral zygos specifically.
Hair: started cutting my hair shorter around dec 2024 to ascend as well, used to look like a caveman prior to that with hair down to my shoulders damn near lmao. And starting last month i began to cut it even shorter cus short hair mogs.
Miscellaneous softmaxxes that helped:
- tinted spf maxxed (eltaMD clears)
- NECK CURLS
- lash curler + aquaphor method
- professional teeth whitening sessions
- bonesmashing ofc
- chin tucks
- shaping and cleaning eyebrows
- shaving facial hair, plucking unibrow, and general eyebrow maintenance daily
- sun exposure
- no fap for low inhib maxxing + nt maxxing

NOTE: by the time i had got bp’d i was probably already high mtn. This is simply due to all the shit i did before getting bp’d such as accutane and losing weight (being 6’3 also helps). Once i got bp’d the softmaxxes with consistency + the peptides have ascended me even more to what i would say is low-mid htn.
