Aim is to fix health indicators, recessed maxilla, narrow palate and weak zygo projection. For reference im 16, 6’3 and 75-80kg lean
Skin:
Accutane
Tretinoin after accutane
Topical Ghk-cu + derma stamp
General skincare (sunscreen, moisturiser etc)
3L water per day
Reduce sugar, dairy and processed food
Eat healthy fats and take omega 3, k3, d3
Tinted sunscreen
Bones:
Mew
Bonesmash zygos
Lefort 1 or marpe when I turn 18 (orthodontist is unsure which one)
Calcium, k3, d3
Good posture
Eating hard foods and chewing with premolars
Misc:
Chin tucks and neck curls
Keep going gym
Topical minoxidil for eyelashes
Debloat
Want to know any none cope method that could help esp for bones
