-Castor oil for longer eyelashes
-Debloating(no sugar and lot of water)
-gymmaxing
-mouth tape and other shits like thumbpulling
-good body posture
-bonesmashing zygos and wishing the BEST
HARDMAXXING
-Lip lift Next year and a goatee probably
