The excess face fat pushed on my cheek fat pads making my upper lip thin and philtrum long, after losing the weight my lip curls up slightly and my philtrum is almost ideal, also my lip width changed too

just wider lower third, bigger lips ,smaller nose.puberty and braces will give me better lower third, maybe volufiline will give me bigger lips and maybe debloat will give me smaller nose
