This is genetic. If you can gain mass naturally despite the fact you have a proper diet, you should try steroids. Go with a moderate testosterone dose of 300 mg a week (testosterone enanthate injected each 3.5 days).

But keep in mind maintaining low body fat percentage and being in caloric deficiency as a natty will also suppress your testosterone and growth hormone, as collagen and anything.

I don't do bench presses. During push-ups, pull-ups and squats, I keep a backpack with two small 5 kg dumbbells on my back. I swing my arms with two large dumbbells of 16 each. I don't have many shells and equipment at home, and I don't like going to the gym.

I've read that it's important to pick up the weight that you can cleanly lift 10-12 times, and that it's supposedly the most effective for progress.
