Don't listen to the faggots here telling you to train your legs once in a while, it's the largest muscle group train it at least twice a week alternating quads and hamstrings each day.

I can see that you have high gastrocnemius insertions there won't be much to do honestly train calves whenever you feel like it or walk for a long period of time.
