Pure base full sedentary just walking every day 2 kilometers and maybe a run 1 to 2 times a week, overweight 181 cm 83 kg

Should I gymmaxx my way out to stand out or it is over? Clavicule lenght around 20 cm

Still I don't know if I measured well but the distance with my fingers is exactly around 20 cm-21 cm when stretched out to the max

How old are you? Gymmaxxing starts becoming less useful for getting laid by the time you're like 22. And becomes progressively more useless as you age. Dating becomes more like beta buxx deluxe by 22 and becomes progressively more so as you age. I'm 39. I have hard, flat abs. Lift 4 days a week. Women my age and older don't give a fuck. And young women who are interested in men my age are gold diggers (beta buxx deluxe).

That said, I do think everyone should be doing at least a 3 day full body for the health benefits. Because your health will go to shit as you get older living a sedentary lifestyle. You also have less freedom to truly enjoy food if you live a sedentary lifestyle. If you are at least active, not only are you burning calories but you're also building muscle mass. Which mitigates your Type II diabetes, cardiovascular risk, etc.

Don't know what my PSL rating is. Don't care. I just know that it's not high enough to be the mythical "Chad" that this forum talks about. If you want to slay based on looks alone at my age consistently, you need to be ridiculously good looking. Not enough to be gymmaxxed.

And by 30 already, yeah, the odds that someone is going to ascend with gym maxxing is super low.

Gymcelling wont ascend you at your age, but if your goal is to be able to look at yourself in the mirror there is no other way around. :feelsbadman:Cardio also is also not enough, so if you really want to loose weight you gotta start gymcelling anyway.

Depression. Combined with having posted on PSL in one form or another since I was 28. My then-48 year old cougar ex whose a decade my senior left me back in March after the cuffing season circuit. I found out later that she moved to the United States (New York) months after she left me to be close to her adult daughter and grandsons in New Jersey and she is now dating some fat, ugly, old balding beta buxx deluxxe now in New York. I was crushed emotionally. She blocked me when I reached out to her in August on Whatsapp. And didn't reply when I emailed her on her birthday last month. Meanwhile for some strange reason she created a one year anniversary entry for us in Google Calendar and put me on there as a guest. WTF. Playing silly games with me. Maybe even keeping me on a string as a backup. I can't even bring myself to consistently and reliably reply to messages from women on dating apps. I have trouble trusting women again and opening up my heart again. I thought I was safe with my ex and got too comfortable and then she leaves me because I wouldn't beta buxx for her. I went on a cut and got diced. Only for 98.4% of women on Bumble to swipe left on me anyways despite showing a shirtless beach photo on my profile.

I've put my trust in you. Pushed as far as I can go. For all this, there's only one thing you should know. I'VE PUT MY TRUST IN YOU. PUSHED AS FAR AS I CAN GO. 39 is not too old. You can definitely find an early 30s girl and start a future with her for the rest of your life

I wouldn't advise dating apps though. The 30 year old women you will find would be mentally deranged. You will have to make connections. It's definitely doable within a few months, if you actively start networking with potential friends
