i am 180cm
15 y o
41cm clavicles
60kg
is this a good starter build for gym?
any suggestions?
the only thing that is hard for me is bulking, eating a lot but i am still 60kg

framelet but ure still in puberty so maybe not over yet. also drink calories , i used to do a shake when i was going to the gym , 3 table spoons of peanut butter , 2 bananas , oats and milk , it was about 1000calories but i used to put a lot of oats and the texture gets a bit disgusting over time , dont overdo oats trust me

I'm no clavicologist, but going to the gym regardless of genetics will help with your looks.

wont improve looks but will help with the way ure looked at if ure shredded , only works at stuff like the beach tho , women wont see ur abs when ure walking down the street :feelswhy:
