I have a very light case of pectus incavatus which is the opposite the middle part of my chest caves inwards. Mine is very light to the point the doctor just told me workout and it'll not be visible (doesn't affect my health).
But for you I really think it probably affects your lungs or heart. Try fixing it now (there is a surgery for it but it takes some recovery time I believe). Because if it stays until old age it could have negative side effects. dm me if u want to talk about it

Have you tried expanding your ribcage to make it wider so your deformity is spread? There a some lifts like behind the neck presses that supposedly help expanding your ribcage to gain width.

Apart from the lifts it looks like only surgery can help.
