Ptosis surgery. Tbh your eye area would look different irl so its hard to make an accurate analysis of what you need so it's always best to consult with an actual oculoplastic surgeon like vreck. You might just need upper eyelid filler. Your lower eyelids kinda look a bit droopy but again it's hard to tell (could use lower eyelid retraction surgery). Slightly curl ur eyelashes because rn they make ur eyes look like they have neutral tilt even though they might be pct
