Breakfast: 2boiled eggs, cheese and thin chicken slices as a topping on 2breads + watermelon slices Lunch: 2tortillas with chicken, tomato, salad and cucumber Snacks: 2boiled eggs + 1banana Dinner: 1 self made hamburger with toppings + 1 tortilla with same toppings as for lunch. Last macros: before gym 1 banana and after gym 30g whey protein drink

And i'm on a bulk
