info about me that would probably make the shit i take make sense
im 18 in a few months, white and 5'10, parents are somewhat more tall than avg (dad 6'1 mom 5'5) so im pretty much done growing HOWEVER

i got an xray of my wrist a month ago (was already planning on doing peptides) and my bone age was 17 and i also had grown in the past 6 months.

pretty much this prompted me to use my sources and order my supplies in order to maximize my bone growth and finish puberty properly aswell as maybe squeeze out an inch or too more of height

I chose to run a 1;1 mix of cjc 1295 and ipamorelin as they are extremely cheap compared to HGH, not a replacement but even brokecels can afford it and you get the equivalent of like 2ius of gh a day (like 30% of a normal dose for like maybe 1/10 of the price + practically 0 risks if u do it right)
Again, I am well aware cjc and ipam are not even comparable to GH in some ways, but again its better than running absolutely nothing.
I am in NO way bashing on GH, if I had the money I would've go it, even if my plates were closed the bones it gives you are worth the price

Anyways with that out of the way, I am running the CJC/IPA for 2 cycles, one right now for 15 weeks and the final one next year for 10 weeks (i purchased 5 10mg vials and no do not ask for source but it is very cheap)

With that out of the way here is everything I am taking and I will explain why I am taking it after

200mcg cjc/ipa in the morning and before bed 5 days a week
6.25mg ed of aromasin (splitting the pills is so much effort when ur an adhdcel like me but id rather have normal hormonal levels than do 12.5 eod)
25mg accutane / isotret eod (i kept some of the pills i got from my accutane treatment even though i was basically done and was only left with moderate PIH and some scars which i will be using a derma pen on because im not spending thousands when i can purchase a DP for 100$)
supps:
nighttime:
25mg zinc
360mg magnesium
during day:
b complex
2mg copper eod
1280mg omega-3 fish oil
125mcg vitamin d3 +100 mcg k2
b complex
biotin 10k
1500mg msm

reasons for all this
low dose accutane because i do not want my acne to come any time soon, and it also gives me perfect hair and a slightly thinner nose
pretty much the zinc and magnesium help me sleep which is crucial for looksmaxxing and proper development in puberty
copper to balance out my zinc
omega 3s so my liver and organs get raped slightly less
d3 + k2 easy bones
b complex just general health
biotin for improved soft tissue / hair (basically most health indicators)
msm for free height aswell as joint health

something to consider is that supplements will do basically nothing on their own but when combined it is a slight advantage and helps you develop right and you will also feel way better esp if you are taking shit like aromasin and accutane which RAPES your joints

again someone who takes supplements probably only boosts PSL by .25 because of that and thats if theyre still in puberty, however its important to remember to never stress as if you stress because of timing or whatever and genuinely dont enjoy this shit and are a pussy then its better to do it at all as stress can SEVERELY stunt your growth and have the butterfly affect on things like acne and other shit in your life like school. NEVER STRESS
