Rate my diet for the last 2 days

So ofc diet is important for looking good and healthy and muscle building so i started eating better, is my diet good

Day 1 Meat and some soup like shit with little bit of eggs amd tomato and dipped bread in it

Day 2 5 or 6 eggs cooked on frying pan with butter, beef liver, white rice, almonds and peanuts

Day 3 tomorrow 3 boiled eggs ground beef and steak type shit

Day 4 and further idk

On dnp btw losing weight and diet helps too hopefully

Solid, but some fruits and vegetables won't kill you

Download Cronometer, it shows how much vitamins and minerals your consuming, go from there
