So ofc diet is important for looking good and healthy and muscle building so i started eating better, is my diet good
Day 1 Meat and some soup like shit with little bit of eggs amd tomato and dipped bread in it
Day 2 5 or 6 eggs cooked on frying pan with butter, beef liver, white rice, almonds and peanuts
Day 3 tomorrow 3 boiled eggs ground beef and steak type shit
Day 4 and further idk
On dnp btw losing weight and diet helps too hopefully
