Breakfast: i skip breakfast that shit is 4 losers
Lunch: 400g minced beef, 4 fried eggs in extra virgin olive oil
Dinner: 300g chicken breast, 4 fried eggs in grass fed butter
Snack: 600g raw kefir +30g raw honey, beef liver (read my name boyo)
SUPPLEMENTS:
3g potassium chloride every day
Ashwaganda (for stress and anxiety)
Vitamin d (if there is no sun)
Collagen
Macros and cals:
2500 calories (im in a 500 cal deficit)
230g protein
25g carbs
150g fat
before you vegetable/fruitcels tell me im
Missing vitamins and some minerals cuz of no vegetables or fruit. The beef liver is basically a mutlivitamin so no need for veggies. This also may sound childish but i cant stand the taste of vegetables
