FOr breakfast i eat 4 kiwis, 4 eggs,and have a high protein yogurt. For lunch i have some type of meat (either beef or chicken), and some vegetables (typically carrots). For dinner i usually have a yogurt bowl with blueberries or avocado on toast. I rarely snack and drink atleast 1.5L of water everyday.
