I already drink raw milk frequently.

Also eat three/four eggs everyday, is that good.
I've also started to eat canned fish with bones.

I just have a question, I can't seem to find cow liver anywhere here, all I can find is chicken liver, is that good?

hey cool that you drink the raw milk, 3-4 eggs a day is definetly good, maybe go with 6?
canned fish is pretty bad tho, they are full of heavy metals, if you overdo it you might even get seriously sick

Bioavailability is not the issue, im not even saying that thats not true, eating it once a week is going to minimize the heavy metals effects, but i encourage you to drop them because the metals accumalate and build up in your body.

yes, ask the farmer/guy you getting it from if the chickens were vaccinated/medicated or even dewormed at any point, if not go ahead and ask further what they get to eat, corn and grain fed is fine for muscle meat, ideally they should eat insects and corn, whatever they find on the ground and should be able to have a lot of outdoor mobility.
