honestly your IPD isn't bad in terms of how you can really progress your looks your medial canthus can have more eyelash strength (the outer part of your eyes have long eyelashes, the inner part lacks it imo.

other than that i guess tanning would help a lot. you have very pretty eyes. your eyebrows need some work i guess as well (maybe darkening them and shaping them slightly will help a lot).
