Rate my eye area. How do I fix?

First post, too scared to show entire face.

I have decent ratios and good height (188cm) but one of my two big weaknesses (the other is balding but I shave head) is my eye area. I sometimes get the comment that I look tired or pained or angry when people look at my photos. How would you assess my eye area? What can I fix and what can I not fix?



Yes I am ethnic (Indian) but I have had some success IRL (no success on Tinder)
