I've never seen a top model, Male or female with Negative

You can still be an actor with Negative but not an A-lister in a box office movie

Would under eye fillers or lower eyelid retraction fix my nct? I don't really have nct it just looks like it because of my shit lower eyelids. When I've slept for 9 hours and wake up my eyes don't look nct
