Oh. My bad. His PFL and PFH average at best indeed. I measured using the iris as the reference point.

He has scleral visible on the outer part of the eye but lacks a visible medial canthus so his PFL is average.

But you measure PFL from Medial Canthus to Lateral Canthus.

His eyes are actually quite large for his face. Most dudes with low PFL have beady looking eyes. But his PFL to PFH ratio is thrown off by a lack of medial canthus.

Also, his FWHR looks small. That's why they look so big.

Yes. But when you analyze dudes faces, you mention their PFL. Obviously, you can't physically measure their PFL so you must estimate it using some method.

Shape is one way to guess but it is unreliable. Like some people might have above average PFL with cuck eyes as their PFH might be above average and their skull might be big as well. Also, since medial canthus is included in PFL, you can have roundish looking eyes with a long medial canthus. Like Matt bomer:

The best method we have is to assume that the dude has an iris size of 11.77 mm as there isn't much variance in size amongst individuals. And then use that to estimate his PFL.
